Jason started his career in the scratch kitchen of The Cooker. There he learned how to respect the food that he served. He has served as either Executive Chef or General Manager in nearly every concept he has worked over the past 15 years. He deeply enjoys the process of developing a dish and the satisfaction that comes from people enjoying it.
As both a chef and father, Jason has stated that the most important skill he has developed is patience (his four daughters test it daily). When not toiling in a hot kitchen, Jason spends his free time wrapped tightly around the fingers of his daughters Paige, Shelby, Gabriella and Mackenzie. Jason has been with his beautiful and understanding wife Jennifer for over 16 years.
Dan is the General Manager of North 42. Dan has been in the restaurant business for over 37 years. He is passionate about training and delivering a great experience each and every time to our guests. Prior to coming aboard North 42, Dan spent 6 years at “The Capital Grille” in Troy, Michigan.
During his free time, Dan is an avid Michigan Wolverine football fan, as well as local sports in general. Dan has been married to his wife Julie for 23 years, and has 2 boys, Nick and Brandon.

Kristopher has over 25 years of hospitality experience and has held every position in the industry from dishwasher to banquet manager. After graduating Northwood University he has worked as General Manager at upscale facilities within the metro Detroit area.
He is always looking for a challenge – How to improve, what’s new in the industry and enjoy working as a team. When not delivering genuine hospitality, Kristopher is a sports enthusiast who enjoys spending time with his wife Andrea and daughter Gracie.
