Chef Scott Czech, MacRay Harbor
Chef Scott has been a member of the MacRay team for over 8 years. He is an essential part of our team. From over seeing the banquet and bistro chefs to working side by side with the staff members who produce the elegant dining experience members and their guests have come to expect. Before joining the MacRay team Scott was executive chef at Fishbones, the Firehouse and the Georgian Inn.
Scott has always been picky about his ingredients. He provides our guests with the highest quality ingredients and finds that our local providers have the best to offer, truly a "taste of the town".
Chef Scott continues with the traditional and favorite dishes that MacRay's has established, such as hickory planked Great Lakes whitefish, calamari fritti and our house smoked salmon. He looks forward to adding some of his own flare to our upcoming events and menus.
